In the game you are Santa Claus and your mission is to knock down the elves sitting on the pins. The goal of each level is to knock down as many elves as you can before the time runs out. Santa may bowl one ball per level, with two or much more balls in one level. Santa does have limited energy, and must recharge his batteries when the time runs out between each level. There are different bowling courts you can choose to bowl in. Each court has four different bowling styles: Chalk: Snidely Whiplash's father. Contra: Red Hots Slice: Liberace Strike: Weasel's children.
The original release included 3 different modes/play styles to choose from: 1. Free Play mode. In this mode, the player can bowl against the computer anytime. 2. Classic mode. In this mode you have 10 balls to get the most points possible. 3. Tournament mode. In this mode you have to finish within a set amount of time. 4. Endless Mode. In this mode the game does not end, it just cycles between the two modes of Free and Classic. In the Free mode you can bowl up to 10 balls and in the Classic mode you are limited to only 10 balls. 5.
